May you please follow up about the issue of amendment to Water Act raised around 2018 after it was discovered that ZZ2 has illegally created dams in his farm which deprive more than 1million people of domestic water usage. How long does it take for the amendment to be made. We are suffering because of ZZ2. EFF is our only hope. Thank you
