I reside at Sibangweni location Ntilini area in Libode metre number is: 01070410794. I temped with a metre and was penalized R6052.60 which I paid on 26 June 2024. I have many references and the last one was on the 23 September 2024.
I am confused because I don't know whether I am being penalized again. If not, how long should I wait. I think 3 months is a long wait.
