The honourable MP I,m the convenor of eMpongwane land claim comeettee....The community of the displayed of eMpongwane on the south coast ,Ray Nkonyeni municipality need help to get answers from the department of land Affairs in kzn.

This department returned a potion of the claimed land and gave it to the wrong group which had its claim.them our land joined together with the other one and a trust was registered to handle both lands ,leaving our people with nothing.

I have relevant documents I can send the if the honourable MP want them.
The land affairs of land claims in kzn failed to explain the real reasons behind the whole issue.
