Greetings Minister Mokonyane,

I hope this message finds you well. i am Lerato from QwaQwa, currently in Gauteng as I am studying towards a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Johannesburg.

Following stories that unfolded with regards to QwaQwa Community radio station recently, I believe it is about time we (youth of QwaQwa) stand together and establish a community radio that is youth oriented and that can talk to young people in and around QwaQwa. And my concern is how can one go around establishing such a radio station and what route should one take in doing so?

Moreover, I had thought of a community TV station (more like Soweto TV) and again how do I go about applying for broadcasting license and getting equipment for broadcasting?.

Lastly, is there a way in which the local and/or national government can assist in making this dream a reality?
