I have been waiting on 0800601190 for 59 minutes and am still holding - this is the department whose slogin is Department of Home Affairs: Providing "people-centred" services! | @HomeAffairsSA - words are cheap and these ones do not equate to the reality of the service you verbally profess to deliver.

That is my first complaint.

2. The security system on the at the end of the - Submit your Query does not work and if you dont believe me i have a picture to prove it if you would like to see it.

3. On the website there is the facility to check your various types of applications - but in big red letters it states that this facility is not working!!

Word are cheap and service non-existant.
