Dear Julius Malema

I am very much concerned about all of you there being so much silent about wrongful convictions and errors our judge's make
Let me remind you all there about implications of wrongful convictions have on poor innocent people especially men, our Justice system and judge's sometimes make or take wrongful decisions and end up making wrongful convictions.
I am one of those wrongful convictee and a parolee who was once convicted wrongfully.
I am hereby writing this letter to you with tear's in my eyes not knowing what the future holds for me,I am hereby writing this letter to you to ask the committee there of why is South Africa still having judge's and magistrates who are still convicting people wrongfully in this new dispensation.
Why are we still having corrupt judge's and magistrates.
I was convicted wrongfully in 2013 for a rape i didn't do but still i was convicted.
Our Justice system and our constitution does not allow one to appeal his or her case after three years but still our gorvenment can dig up cases of 1960 and arrest people of cases of the past whilst we the wrongful convicted one's can't go that further.
I am deeply concerned about this as a parolee and one who was once convicted wrongfully
I wish one-day the committee will answer to this and please refer this to the portfolio committee of Justice and constitutional development for clarification
