Hello everyone

To giving our land and it's to increase some of our consequences, because some of our businesses are needed a large land to growing up our job.
And housing that it will bring so many things to our people.
Even government their will have a bigger benefit to giving our land.
This issue needs a discussion in that respect, and given a law level of thinking..

Hello Rachel

Thank you for your letter and for raising such important points on access to land. As government we agree with you that access and control of land determines the social and economic power. That is why issues of land access has been part of the President’s SONA and debates in the National Assembly.

As you know parliament is currently concluding the process of amendment of section 25 of the constitution, which will facilitate expropriation of land without compensation as one of the mechanisms for land red distribution.

Government is also busy identifying state land through relevant departments to address land for human settlements among other things.

The Department if Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development is continuing with redistribution of land and different support programmers for smallholder farmers and Agribusinesses. The department has a policy that enable them to be biased towards women, youth and people with disabilities which be a relief for government towards these vulnerable groups of our society. More information is available at the provincial and regional offices of the department.

Kind regards
