Good day MR. Sindane,
I am referring to your question to the minister with regards to the two men incarcerated for two decades already.

The answer from the correctional services I echo states that their profiles has been accessed by the CMC and parole boards which is correct. However they not answering the question where asked when these men will be released.

Every time when I write a correspondence I am told at the NCCS, how long do they take to make a decision? And how long does the minister take to sign it off. I was told that the new legislation has trumped court judgements and that we must speak to our lawyers. They must serve a minimum of 25years. And presidential pardons are being worked on, so I am lost with the proper / correct procedure.

Hope that I could get some clarity here.
