I trust that you are, I'm reaching out to you through this mode of communication because I could not get an appointment to see you at the h/q despite all the attempts.

I'm involved in a legal matter against my former employer Cullinan Petra mine, the matter was previously reported to the labour desk and was handled by Cmsr Mokwele who handed it over to cmsr Hlengiwe Mkhalipi who involved cmsr Piwaba Madokwe.

After the director general of the DMRE was involved in the matter my case took a different direction.

The ref number attached as a subject matter was generated by the public protector regarding my matter, something untoward unfolded in the process of the investigation, as I'm writing this letter, all EFF leaders who are involved in the matter do no longer want to speak to me about my case. Whenever they are contacted they fabricate a story and I'm not given a chance to state my case with all substantive evidence I have towards my communications with my honorable leaders.

I'm in the process of filing a case with labour coourt on my matter and I will have to implicate all who handled my case and indicate what transpired until to a stage where this court was approached.

I trust that you will be able to afford me an opportunity to state the whole matter to your office.
