I am an employee of the National Department of Correctional Services.
Three years ago i was dismissed after serving 36 years in the DCS.
The employer deliberately used false medical report and and had it submiited to the health risk management so being Alexander fobes to have my pesion transferredto them.
Its been three years without a salary or benefits i sold my house cars whole still waiting to go to labour.
I have a trail of documents. I never applied forbearly pension neither didvi apply for ill heath , this was done fraudulently, i did lay a charge at westville police station no action.
This is basically abouth the attack on members in service to have their pension transfered to a preservation fund and will suffer after five years
This is were during the apartheid days the salary of a black differ from that of the whites, now its becoming to make those suffer at old age. This is bei g done to member from 55 to 60.
