I am writing this to bring to your attention a police station named Mpungamhlophe Police Station. It is situated in a very small township called Denny Dalton, and as a results cases are not resolved as they should because of acquaintance between policemen and the community. People have been killed in this township and cases just disappear in thin air.

My son (16 years) was stabbed by a neighbour who is way older than him, a case was opened and the court date came...my son was told to cancel the case and take the payment of R1000 from the defendant, mind you my son is a minor, he cannot make such decisions on his own, but because of the corrupt police of the area it transpired. I am not happy because this might put his life in danger and I therefore request that you look into the work of this police station. Since I grew up in this area, I've never seen or heard that someone is prosecuted for whatever case they committed, ever! So, please look in to it and please help me get justice for my son. Name of the station is Mpungamhlophe Police Station in Denny Dalton KwaZulu Natal (Zululand)
