Am writing on behalf of Owing students of ikhala TVET college.this year we have find out that we owe the college tuition fees of 2019 and 2020 so they can't take us as returning students.although we have applied for nsfas with the help of our barsury clerk please Assist us.we are stressed and overthinking.
