I hope this emails finds you well. I live in Ntuzuma where there are water crisis every day for the past 10 years. We only get water for only 4 hrs a day or not at all. The business of water trucks is booming. Why don't you fix/maintenance infrastructure and stop paying water trucks. This is a basic need please address this ASAP.
