I really have a huge problem with Midvaal water.

I have been staying in Savanna city for two years now and my water bill goes up every year in July last year it was R15000 and this year is R10 000 my bill is now standing on R34400
The way the houses are sold you could swear that everything is beautiful I have escalated the matter millions of time and nothing has happened,

They have done nothing but made my life more miserable no linkages or anything at some point my water was closed for two months I was advised by willem to pay R2000 for my water to be opened I have been running around with this for 2 years now and I really don’t understand why are we not taken seriously with our matters I will never pay water that I didn’t use even so even people that stay in sandton they don’t even pay this much I have been made a fool I want to sell the house and this will be holding me or binding me for something I don’t even know about now they want to hold me for something I don’t even know I am hardly at my house how will my water be stolen because there is a fence I am really tired of Midvaal the service is crap and I am really not happy I am tying this email disappointed because if I new Midvaal is like this I was never going to buy this house.

I want this to be sorted out with immediate effect and I want to be treated equal like everyone else because from this it has to go to further I would never pay for something I don’t kno
