Dear Minister Senzo Mchunu,

As a resident of Rensburg, Heidelberg, Gauteng it is with urgency that I send you this note to assist us as we have been without water for over a month now.

A memorandum was handed to Lesidi Mayor, Mluleki Nkosi on 21 September 2023, but to date he has not responded with a positive answer as to why we do not have water in our taps.

We hear excuses about Rand Water not being able to supply water but other parts of Heidelberg does have water, it is only Rensburg that suffers and residents are really now getting frustrated as it affects our daily living.

We urge you to come to our rescue to find out from Lesedi why our taps are dry and nothing is being done about it.
