I would like to express my disappointment with VHEMBE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, Since December we haven't had water in Tshiṱereke village which is in Thulamela Municipality, Vhembe District. We only get water if someone dies. Should we be praying for someone to die in order for the location to get water? Several times I spoke to VHEMBE District Municipality and he doesn't have appetite to respond to my queries. Since VHEMBE District Municipality is WSA why do they open valves only when there is a funeral?
