First let me congratulate you on your appointment as Hon Deputy Minister. I hereby make contact with you as a Clean Audit activist. The matter at hand involves your ministry and should you choose to act then our country water resources will be better managed.

Your Ministry uses a System called SAP to manage governance and control the public purse. Currently through the media and from my own observations the system has been hijacked by Criminal Syndicates and control governance in turn.

The System was due to be advertised through a Tender process but Mr Fanie Van Der Walt of SITA with collusion of syndicates of incumbent Alteram have delayed and caused a Cancelation while Alteram continue to be paid millions on a month to month basis. This will reflect as irregular expenditure in your AG reports.

Good control of the system and enhancements can give you a Clean Audit.

I hope my little contribution on the matter will kick start better governance in your ministry.
