Hello Natasha hope you well, my name is Thando Twalo situated in ward 71 at Westlake village under the leadership of Penny East.
As Youth of Westlake we feel we not exist to our leaders. We wrote so many messages for our councillor to invite her to our community, Yes we know she's busy, but it's been months now we want her to come here to our community.
Now I decided to ask you any assistance you can help so we can reach councillor?
