Dear Sir,

Please note that we seem to be struggling with our new Councillor Ivan Naidoo, right now he is really getting disrespected and trashed on our watsapp groups and its not getting his attention, what is the exact job function of a Councillor, also Ivan does not even live in our area so not sure how he can be the Councillor.

I would truly appreciate a response.
