Dear Minister Gigaba,

We have applied for unabridged birth and marriage certificates over 1 YEAR ago, and this has still not come through, and all anyone ever says is "not finalized", and there just doesn't seem to be anyone who we can go to for this to be resolved.

Is there anything you can do about this?
