Applied for my son's unabridged birth certificate in June 2018 at Randburg Home Affairs. Despite various queries and visits to the office, I'm informed that it's not ready for collection. Minister Motsoaledi, a few weeks ago claimed on SAFM that this should not take longer than 3 months and if so then one should write to him. I immediately sent an email and to date no response. My family and I are supposed to be travelling in a few days. Please advise urgently.
