Dear Bertha Peace Mabe

My problem is the government official who are not doing their job. I'm a black women who is trying to start a fish farm in East London. I contacted Seda in East London to assist with Environmental Management Plan for my site I never got any reply. I sent emails no reply. I went to their offices, they say they are busy they can't see me. I call them, they say they will get back to me and never does. I gave up. Its not my first time dealing with them. I went to ECDC to look for a short fall funding. The 1st official told me they don't have money so I wrote to the premier Oscar Mabuyane. Then ECDC called me to come present my business I did. Now it's difficult for them to tell me what fundings they offer and what I need to have for my company to qualify because they say the can't commit to something they are not sure if it's going to be approved. This is coming from a senior manager. Now I just want to know if the government has a way of communicating with the public so they can understand the struggle we get when we go to the government organizations.
