I hereby request you as our DA representative in Parliament to please vote against the legalising of pornography on the 27th of Feb. 2018 when this issue will be debated in parliament and that you will also influence your co-members to do likewise, please!

It's of the utmost importance that our people in South Africa, our families, our communities and all walks of life be protected against the harmful consequences of all forms of vile & dehumanising forms of pornography. There is well documented evidence of the extensive physical, psycological & social harms of pornography. Pornography is by nature destructive. Its consequences reach far beyond the private lives or personal morality of its viewers. It is indeed increasingly being recognised as the Public Health Crisis that in fact it is.

Please let us not remain silent but let us speak up and make our voices heard!
