Dear Minister

I have been waiting for my visa outcome for over a year. I have been calling the department since to follow up but still there has been no outcome. May you please assist with speeding up the outcome for appeals and applications that have been pending for a long time. The turn around time seems to have decreased but us who were in the backlog seem to remain there.
