Good day Sir Njabulo Nzuza,

Please, I beg for help with this case that comes from almost two years.

I have a Court Order on Home Affairs since 28/08/19, so I could take my visa in 10 working days. But still no response about it.

Before go to High Court my visa was denied by a mistake in the immigration at the OR Tambo Airport.

I know there is a lot of cases like this, every single day, but please, I need to have some information about it, I really need to go to see my mother that is very sick for six months, I am desperate. I have a child that was born here and all our lives are here, I can't just go and take the risk to be blacklisted from our home, even with this order.

Please, there is anything I can do, any place I can go or any telephone contact I can call to know something about this case? I am trying contacting and email DHA for months without any response and perspective. I don't know what to do anymore.
