I have a group o f 10 colleagues from Taiwan that are visiting me and some of my colleagues in SA.  We booked and paid for a trip to Victoria Falls.  The rest of the trip will be spent in Cape town.  Collectively we've paid upwards of R300 000.
The Taiwanese applied for their Zambian visa's, and got a response from them that they don't require a visa as their e-visa system says it's not required.  However when it came to applying for their SA visas, your office didn't want to issue a multiple entry visa as they don't have the Zambian visas, despite the fact that they have an email stating that it's not required.
The group has had to cancel their trip at a cost of 45%.  Also it's not your concern if they have Zambian visa's or not, your concern is to vet them for entry into SA
