Hi Natasha. There is a You Tube video doing the rounds with 2 clips one of Clifton Beach and one of Kayelitsha all filmed on 16 Dec 2020. It certainly looks authentic. I am quite happy to share it with you Natasha.
I consider this as Nazi Style Governing looking at the Clifton Beach clip.
