Dear Mr. Tau,

Please advise as Minister of Trade and Industry, your ministries action if any i.r.o. Viagogo and the financial loss consumers face daily due to their dubious and illegal practices. I implore you to protect South Africans by seeking to ban Viagogo and assist South Africans by mediating refunds for event tickets purchased as they refuse to accept and honour same when this is requested. Many South African consumers have been financially impacted and I do not understand how this has not been picked up by your ministry. Urgent attention needs to be applied to this very dire situation.
