I applied for housing subcidy last year October. It was approved in December during the festive pending an inspection. I email again end of January to ask how long the inspection process wil take and was given a number for the administration office that deals with subsidies. I called this morning to Mrs Nomvuyo and she asked me who said referred me to her I told her I forgot the Lady s name. I asked her how long the process she said she doesn't know. I'm surprised at her answer because o was told she will answer my questions. I asked her if she can't find out or give me the number for the inspectors so I can ask myself. She said no. Im very unhappy about the service I got. If she doesn't know who must know. Is this how we are treated as citizens. Please Minister help. I have a right to housing too.
