Dear Dr Schreiber,I have been trying to get my stolen identity and passport renewed but to no avail 6 years ago I suffered a stroke and is paralyzed.i did not attempt to approach East London office for help because of the criminal element which is the biggest problem in Polokwane as well after 2 years of trying I have given us up the fight.registering with the Babs app
