Minister please may you please change the number plates of the cars in South Africa to be like overseas or Botswana. This means a car has one number plate the rest of its life. It doesn't change when is sold or when the owner change the address. Let us stop all this Provinces number plates. This will stop the stealing of cars and car hijackings. It will also help in reducing car fatalities and reckless driving because there is no one who will use another car's number plate. It will also reduce people driving unlicensed cars. People will be able to pay for their cars easily wherever they are, there will be no need to drive to a different province to pay for their renewals. This method will save the government a lot of problems and bring about order and security in the country. Please consider this which no minister ever considered.
