Dear Minister, I need your help.
When my son was born and my wife registered him at the home affairs I was not present, therefore my signature is not on his Vault birth certificate.
He now needs a vault birth certificate with my signature on it or an endorsement to say that I was not present on the day of registration .
I have contacted home affairs to no avail
Please help.
