I have been trying for a week now to get a case number. Firstly i was treated like the criminal at the gallo manor police station and was offered no help when trying to fill in forms and report the accident. Now trying to get a case number from these two numbers 011 722 4312/13 and no answer. Useless staff needs to be FIRED! and replaced with hard working people.
