I write as a concerned South African. Is it not possible to utilise the prisoners to also manufacture the clothing for all state owned entities like nursing uniform, police uniform, Eskom uniform, Transnet and etc..

This will save money for the country and also rehabilitate the prisoners and give them more skills when they come back to the community.
