We were all shocked to hear of the unroadworthy minibus taxi ploughing into a building housing toddlers and Xoli of Newzroom Afrika blaming the driver only. The taxi owner owns the taxi. Owner is responsible for the taxi being roadworthy. The owner hired the driver licensed or not. So the media must blame both and both should be charged for murder.



Gang violence in Cape Town is an easy problem to solve. Just follow the El Salvador solution. Arrest every young male and they have to prove they don’t belong to a gang. Today El Salvador is so peaceful that the president was re-elected.
