Please help me. I am desperate

I have applied for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter
Labeeba Adamjee ID no 0402290277084 on the 1st April 2016 that is
more than 2 years ago from the Tongaat office. I have not received
any response despite calling numerous times to the home affairs
toll free number. They gave me a case no 1804-000165 and said the
matter has been escalated.They will contact me but I haven't
received any response. I am booked to travel at the end of the
month and I urgently require this unabridged birth certificate.
Please oblige and send it to me as soon as possible. I applied for
my other 3 children and received it within a week except this one
all were applied for at the same time.

Please help me as I cannot finalize my travel arrangements till I
don't receive this unabridged birth certificate.
