I am writing to report a serious concern regarding corruption and unethical practices taking place at South West Gauteng College TVET, specifically involving the Deputy Academic Principal. The individual in question is deeply involved in corrupt tender activities, posing as other people to bypass ethical regulations.

At present, the Deputy Academic Principal is focusing on the Roodepoort campus, where she is engaging in what appears to be manipulation of staff appointments. Lecturers are being "parachuted" into positions, allowing her to maintain control over the operations there. This undermines the proper functioning of the institution and the welfare of its staff.

Moreover, I have reason to believe that there is a security company operating at the Roodepoort campus that is owned by the Deputy Academic Principal. This raises concerns about conflicts of interest and further ethical violations. Additionally, the security company’s address was changed due to tips off by her spies on campus, which points to a deliberate attempt to cover up her involvement.

I must stress that this situation is extremely concerning, and the environment at the college is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate under her influence. There is a growing sense of fear and intimidation among staff members, and I believe a full investigation into these activities is urgently needed.

Due to the sensitive nature of this report, I kindly ask for my identity to be protected. I fear for my safety and well-being in light of these revelations, and I trust that this matter will be handled with the utmost discretion and seriousness.
