I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue at the Germiston Home Affairs office. Yesterday, we were turned away at 3:00 PM due to a power outage since we have arrived 10h00. Unfortunately, as of this morning, the issue has still not been resolved.

We arrived at the office at 07:00 today, but the collection queue is not moving because the power problem persists. Many people are affected and the delay is causing significant inconvenience.

Your urgent intervention on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
