I am reaching out regarding an urgent issue with my partner’s passport application, as we are scheduled to travel internationally on March 11th, 2025.

Despite being informed that the passport has been printed and is currently at Home Affairs Head Office in Pretoria, we are facing uncertainty about its dispatch timeline. We have been following up regularly, and while we were told it should be sent to the local office by March 6th, there is no confirmation that it has actually been dispatched yet.

Given the time-sensitive nature of this matter, I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that the passport is urgently dispatched and available for collection as soon as possible. Any intervention to expedite this process would be greatly appreciated.

Our trip is non refundable and of an urgent matter, we do not have an option to reschedule.
