Dear minister
I'm a law abiding citizen by naturalization in urgent need of an identification document,I lost my green id book in april then did online booking for the application at Krugersdorp home affairs and was told i don't qualify as I was born outside of south africa I've been sent to apply for a green book at either Carletonville or Lenasia which I did go three times but each time the system was offline and the official there said it's better to wait until I get an invitation to apply for a smart id and what I ask clarification on is what communication is used for the invites....mail,sms or email.
