Dear Sir,
I trust this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the prolonged delay in receiving my Naturalization Certificate. I will try to be as specific and concise as possible in explaining my situation.
I applied for naturalization in 2022, and the application was approved in 2023. I fulfilled all required steps, including attending the Induction Ceremony on 20 April 2023. However, to date, I have not yet received my Naturalization Certificate.
According to the Department, the certificate is to be handed over during a Citizenship Ceremony, yet this event seems indefinitely postponed. It has now been well over more than 2 years since I completed the induction, and I am left waiting without any concrete information or timeline.
While I truly appreciate the efforts of the new leadership in addressing major national matters, I respectfully ask: When will the Citizenship Ceremony be held? Is there a backlog in organizing these events?
I submit this inquiry with a sincere hope for a response or intervention from your esteemed office. Your attention to this matter would mean a great deal to me.
Thank you kindly for your valuable time and consideration
