Dear Minister Schreiberei,

Congratulations on your appointment as the Minister of Home Affairs. I hope you are settling in well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the two-factor authentication (2FA) process on the DHA website. For the past couple of years, I have been unable to obtain my ID due to repeated failures in logging into my account on the DHA website. On one occasion, I arrived at a branch at 4 a.m. and was first in line. However, when the doors opened at 9 a.m., those without online bookings were sent home. Due to my busy schedule, I am unable to wait in line daily.

I kindly request that the website be reviewed to ensure that the 2FA process works efficiently. As I write this, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for a 2FA code, which is highly inconvenient.
