My name is Arnold Watkin and I am writing as it is URGENT that I receive a corrected copy of my SA birth certificate with apostille for my immigration application which expires on September 1, 2025.

I am contacting you as the Consulate and I have been trying to reach the head of the corrections department Khubu Matlala Khudu.Matlala@dha.gov.za and Marylyn Ndholvu Marilyn.Ndhlovu@dha.gov.za, but they do not respond to calls, texts or emails.

Can you PLEASE help us resolve this? The application has been submitted and resubmitted multiple times over the past 18 months. We just need the corrected and apostilled birth certificate returned to the US Consulate in NY.

Please advise.
