Our organisation requires urgent assistance.

We have used the avenues advised by your press statements and have in all our attempts been unsuccessful. We are also unsuccessful in all our attempts on the npo enquiry service, as no one has attended to our pleas. We have also visited the DSD offices multiple times and have been met by only the security.

The problem:
We do not have access to our email which is registered for the DSD Online portal, thus we cannot access the online portal.

Our organisation is currently uncompliant and could be deregistered.

We have a new email, which we would like to register to access our DSD Online Portal.

We would like to update our organisational documents as well as submit our Annual report.
Please approach this with urgent attention.
