Urgent Assistance Required: Master's Office System Downtime

Dear Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi,

I trust you are well.

I am writing to raise an urgent concern regarding the ongoing downtime of the Master’s Office system. I am currently in Botshabelo, 9781, where I am assisting my mother with important paperwork for a service that requires access to the system.

We have been informed that the system has already been down for approximately two weeks, and that it may take another week before it is restored. This is deeply concerning. A system that provides access to essential public services should not be unavailable for such an extended period.

I am currently home for the holidays from Cape Town and am due to leave in two weeks. This delay places significant pressure on my family, as we are trying to complete the necessary paperwork while I am still available to assist my mother.

I respectfully request your urgent intervention in ensuring that the system is restored and that members of the public who depend on the Master’s Office are not left without assistance for weeks at a time.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate any guidance or escalation that can help resolve this issue.

Kind regards,
Ramatsekane Nkone
