Dear President,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Aimen Boukhouidem, co-founder of the Algerian Startup Efendim. I am writing to seek your urgent intervention regarding a matter that has been causing significant challenges for our participation in the upcoming GEC Plus Africa event in Cape Town.

Despite submitting all necessary documents to the South African Embassy in Algiers, and engaging with various entities in South Africa, including the Home Affairs Department, we are facing insurmountable obstacles. The Embassy of South Africa in Algiers is refusing to accept my documents, thereby denying me the opportunity to apply for a visa.

As the selected representative of Algeria, the inability to secure a visa jeopardizes my participation in the event, leaving Algeria without representation. I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the acceptance of my documents and expediting the visa process. The event is fast approaching, with my scheduled flight on this Monday at 5 p.m.
Without your prompt intervention, I fear missing this invaluable opportunity to showcase Algeria on the global stage.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and remain hopeful for a swift resolution.

Best regards,
Aimen Boukhouidem
Co-founder, Efendim
