Instead of offering assistance, I have been met with dismissive attitudes, dropped calls, and instructions to contact emergency services via 112.

Minister Cele, as a concerned citizen, I am deeply troubled by the apparent disregard for duty and responsibility exhibited by the personnel at KwaDukuza Police Station. Not only does this negligence hinder the pursuit of justice in my case, but it also undermines the trust and confidence that the public should have in law enforcement agencies.

I implore you to intervene urgently and investigate the matter to ensure that appropriate action is taken to address the systemic issues plaguing the KwaDukuza Police Station. Additionally, I kindly request clarification on the proper procedure for tracking the progress of my case and obtaining the necessary updates.
