I am in dia straits now regarding a 4 month delayed Unabridged Birth Certificate from Home affairs. I have emailed all possible contacts, including your offices, and followed all possible avenues with completing escalated forms, multiple phone calls, visits to the branch etc, with regards to this matter, with no response or updates.
This certificate is urgently required for an international legal matter. The continued delay is preventing the legal process from moving forward and is causing significant financial prejudice. We continue to incur legal expenses, including ongoing attorney fees abroad, solely because this document has not been issued.
