Hi Ms Abraham - Ntantiso. I think that there could be one way of avoiding people to leave their own province , Eastern Cape:
1. Upgrade agriculture esp, ezilalini and other rural communities
2. Eastern Cape to invite more companies from abroad to invest in the province
3. Eastern Cape to focus on upgrading the skills of the youth so that they do not go to other provinces to acquire more skills.
4. Finally, the Eastern Cape to recruit her own skilled people who are rendering services elsewhere outside the Eastern Cape.
