Our community was forced to move our children from Brandwacht to LaerskoolHartenbos in Mosselbay Western Cape by the DOE
We as poor a poor rural community were also informed that our DOE transport was cancelled
Now we our children are from 06:00 (dark) on the R102 and back arround 16:00 in the afternoons

The R102 is a very unsafe road to Oudtshoorn and we used every possible means to communicate our problem with the Mosselbay mayor, Laerskool Hartenbos , local press ext
Several continious coverage of our problem in the local newspaper On 12 June 2019 a grade one learner ended under the wheels of a truck, now serious in Rooi Kruis Hospital in Cape Town... Visited the schools SGB and Municipality this past 2 week - Lots of sympaty but no owenership or support!!!! (Please help us... our children can not be on that unsafe road anymore)
